   No, no, no, don’t you remember? this is the scene right after they all fell into the pool of water after that dragon was trying to catch them in the cave and Josh was giving Marianne mouth to mouth and chest compressions to revive her from almost drowning. If I remember right

     The entire chapter had to be cut and redone, so no, she didn’t fall back into the lake, this is the first time she fell into the lake.
