So it’s true!!! And Marianne was hit by electricity from the bots!! I sense a theme here… *suspicious face*
Well there have been suspicions that things like outside influences and placement effect them.
I think the most fascinating one is Morgane hidden psychic powers. Either she always had them and her implant boasted it or it gave it to her after her abuse at the hand of another cell mate. As of yet, we’ve seen enough to suspect this, but her companions have yet to suspect. For good reason, a power like that would be hard to notice. That’s a real interesting thing to notice.
I’m curious as to whether Sarah will only grow one mantis arm or transform more. The picture referenced showed the mantis missing one arm, specifically its left, and was otherwise whole.
Couple questions about Bianca’s back-end.
Is it covered in fur and is it hard shelled Soft and squishy or somewhere in between?
The “tap tap” makes it sound like even if it’s covered with fur, it still has a shell like structure underneath. At least by the pattern on it, I can tell it was most likely her tail at one time.
To add to the page itself, I think it’s pretty interesting to note Marianne’s fear. A very similar fear she had of all the spider and scorpion bots in the holding facility.
And this seemingly blank slate of everyone who was left here on purpose. Now I’m guessing those stabilizing treatments are less about controlling the implants and more of removing outside memories that might ruin what ever experiment those humans are trying.
She’s pissing me off… Do not know why… Am i the only one pissed off by her?
I guess I see what’s going on here.
You want Marianne to be with Joshua and you think that would make them both happy. But enters Bianca acting very womanish, saying “I’m Bianca,Yoshi’s girlfriend”, ruining future relations between Marianne and Joshua.
And that’s what is pissing you off. Of course just a suggestion, so sorry if I missed 😉
Hehe, well… You PARTLY right =) I’m also pissed because she remember only Joshua (i bet only because they had hell alot of “love”back there) + she acts not really womanish, but vulgar (i’m not the only one who thinks so)))))
Also, i remember a picture of her with description of her personality, that made me think of her nothing more then a slut (=not worthy to be called a person, for me). I DO understand that her personality could have changed, but currently it wasn’t said if it indeed changed)

I’m guessing whatever that facility does to them to erase their memories doesn’t erase everything.
But it does have me wondering about that stabilization treatment. I have a feeling it has less to do about the graphs as it does about the memories of the hosts. They only seem to have vague memories of skills and faint echo’s of their lifes in the facility. But that seems to progress for those out here.
Vulgar? Well, yes, it sure is the better word now after I’ve read her profile (thanks for the link!).
Let’s hope Joshua will not get in her “seductive web”… but wait, judging by the last panel he’s already in it 🙁
Just something to note, the provided link is 3 years old, back when I wasn’t even sure I’d include miss Bianca in G17. She has changed since then 😉
Blue is a lot less worried about her in this edition, it looks like. Just hope that the spider side doesn’t effect mating…

You know thinking about it, I wonder if a large amount of silk items might be produced by her having part spider anatomy and if the spiders around here might be some kind of hive mind around her.
The markings on the ones we’ve seen are similar and spiders are known for having very useful webbing if you can collect enough of it.

Wonder if Joshua cares that she doesn’t look like this anymore. Does girlfriend title still stand? Also how did she get out?
If it does it proves he’s not a jerk, and geniunely cared about Bianca.
She has her big bewbies still, so he’d find a hole to screw~ >;9c

Joshua looks like he enjoys her company, it is possible that he developed the personality we’ve been seeing him with as a sort of defense mechanism after Bianca was removed from his side. I just realized that when the cast eventually get around to having offspring that it is going to be awkward in a number of ways.

Also, i thought those were MOSTLY mantises that eat their mates DURING mating… Spiders eat their mate AFTER. Like Black Widow (if i remember right). There is also a little chance that female won’t be that much hungry to it her “husband”
Not just black widow and not necessarily a mate. It has been observed for a number of spider species that the females get hungry during sex. And if the male didn’t bring any food, he may get eaten.

Some male spiders stuff the female so that she’s not hungry enough to devour them after they mate. So if we see any feeding from Joshua… Still, the whole digestion process and the combination of two life forms like that makes me wonder at the insides of her…
Does she have two sets of lungs? Did she develop poison glands? Is her spinal column replaced by a carapace form instead of the normal bone/cartilage?
So yeah, someone needs to get inside her for science! And I’m not talking the sexy way!
